A major Winter Storm taking aim at the Northeast is already causing major issues as it begins pushing Eastward. 5 inches of snow fell across the Ohio Valley right at rush hour leading to a fatal accident that shutdown the major artery to Cleveland. Leaving many stranded and attempting to detour on back roads only to get stuck themselves and slide into ditches.
